Riverside Tower - Pigeon Forge

The location was ideal, with friendly staff and a clean room that offered a cozy stay. The carpet needed attention, and the AC unit had a musty smell. Despite these flaws, we appreciated the comfortable amenities and the welcoming atmosphere.

Exceptionally comfortable beds and a fridge, coffee/tea making facilities and a dining area. Well-equipped bathroom with a tub. Overall marvellous location close enough to many restaurant and shops and Pigeon Forge and the parade of cars from the massive front porch.

The room was huge, in fact it was like two rooms with two big beds and two televisions and a bathroom in between. Very good price. It was low season.

The reception's a little sad.

Comfortable room, great location, made our stay enjoyable with free Wi-Fi and easy access to attractions just a short drive from the nearest airport.

One thing to note is that the pillows were quite flat, impacting the sleep quality.

The ice machine was basically yelling 24/7, and the staff treated me like just another guest, how rude. And don't get me started on the bed, was like sleeping on a rock. I almost wrote a good review, but just couldn't!

The location was fantastic. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely balcony overlooking the river, which was great for relaxing in the evenings. The staff was generally friendly, and we appreciated the ease of parking nearby. There was some noise in the mornings from the elevator and ice machine, and the check-in process felt a bit rushed with minimal information provided.

The best part was the voucher for breakfast at the pancake house across the street! Super tasty! Our room was clean but the air conditioning was a bit loud at night. A pleasant stay 😊

Consider requesting extra pillows upon arrival. They can make your stay much more comfortable since the ones provided are quite flat.

A Family-Friendly Escape in Pigeon Forge 🌄

The divided rooms offered both comfort and privacy, perfect for our family of four. The cleanliness was excellent. The room felt as if it had been recently updated. The balcony view of the mountains was amazing, and enjoying morning coffee while listening to the sound of the creek was a good touch. The staff was accommodating, providing us with breakfast vouchers for Reagan's Pancake House across the street, where the food was fantastic! The indoor pool was a hit with our kids, and the covered parking was appreciated, especially when it snowed slightly . All these small thoughtful amenities.

One minor downside was the WiFi connection, occasionally unreliable.

The spacious suite made our stay enjoyable, but the pillows were too firm.

Great family getaway by the river 😍

The two-bedroom suite we stayed in was spacious and provided a lovely view of the Little Pigeon River from our balcony, perfect for sipping morning coffee. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, our family of 20 was arranged close together. We received good breakfast vouchers for Reagan's Pancake House just across the street!

While everything was overall pleasant, the WiFi connection was a bit unreliable .
